We will have the water turned down to low pressure Tuesday, September 9, 2025, morning from 8am to 1pm in the following area for a clamp replacement on the water main. Some may experience very low pressure but water will be still flowing while we do this work. The affected area is from Borchers to Featherock and from French Sea to Deer Grove.

Water Main Break

Water main break at the corner of Taube and Hickory Hill. Water crew is on site and has water pressure lowered so that they can repair the leak. Some may experience what will seem like no water pressure in the 100-2000 block of Hickory hill. There may be some affected further to the south, 800-900 block, and along Taube due to valves being closed down. We are looking to have this resolved and water back at full pressure by 5 p.m. this evening. We will keep everyone advised if things change

Low Water Pressure Hickory Hill Block 4300-4400

Attention Kirby Residents:

We were able to successfully shut down water on Hickory Hill to begin necessary repairs today. As a result, water service will be off or at very low pressure for the 4300–4400 block of Hickory Hill, and possibly for some customers on Harris who receive service from Harris Rd. While we do not anticipate an impact to Harris residents, we want to notify all who may be affected.
Service is expected to be restored by 2:00 p.m. today. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

   1. Northbound traffic on Ackerman Rd will detour on Binz-Engleman intersection to the west, then to the right onto Crest Ln, then to the right on Happiness Ln onto Kirby Dr, then make a right turn on Cinderella St to get to Ackerman Rd to continue northbound.
   2. Change the traffic pattern to allow the work on the northbound lane between Binz-Engleman Rd and Cinderella St.

Once the boil water notice is no longer in effect, the public water system will issue a notice to customers that rescinds the boil water notice in a manner similar to this notice.

ATTENTION RESIDENTS:

Due to a water main break, water will be off for approximately 4 hours on Foxcross Dr. This will affect the following streets: Foxcross Dr., Shamrock St., and Crest Ln. Thursday, February 13, 2025.

Update: Water to all residents has been restored. Cul de sac at Foxcross Dr. and Shamrock St. will be closed off until Friday, February 14, 2025.
