NEW WATER BILL PAY BY PHONE SERVICE : Call 833-441-1753 and have your account number ready to pay your water bill by phone. A $2.50 fee will apply.
Year-Round Watering Restrictions are in effect as of October 2, 2018. Watering with an irrigation system or sprinkler is allowed any day of the week before 10:00 A.M or after 8:00 P.M.
Weather permitting, Public Works will be sweeping area 1 on Mondays starting with March 2, 2020 and ending on March 30, 2020. The dates are as follows: March 2nd, March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd, and March 30th. Please refrain from parking in the street from 7:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M. on the assigned days. 2020 General Election Information
The City of Kirby (General/Special) Election will be held on May 2, 2020 to elect four City Council Members.
Filing for Office
Eligibility to File. Each candidate for an elective City office shall meet the following qualifications:
- Shall be a registered voter of the City.
- Shall have resided for at least twelve (12) months preceding the election within the corporate limits of the City, including territory annexed prior to the filing deadline.
- No candidate may file for more than one office per election or be a current elected office holder at the time of filing for election to a different office.
- No employee City shall continue in such position after filing for an elective office of the City.
