The roll off containers at public works will be available to Kirby residents the second and fourth Saturday monthly. You must present your Kirby City ID and a current water bill before using the roll off. Go to Services, stroll down the menu to Garbage/Recycling for details.
Sewer problem? Call the public works department before calling a plumber. We will determine where the problem is at no charge to the resident.
See a water leak, call the public works department. We have a 24-7 on call person to respond to all calls.
