City Licenses are now requiredfor all dogs and cats living in the city limits of Kirby. City Licenses are $2.00annually for pets that ARE spayed or neutered OR $5.00 annually for pets that ARE NOT spayed orneutered. City Licenses run concurrentwith your pet’s rabies vaccination. City Licenses areavailable at the Kirby Animal Shelter or at Kirby City Hall. Please bring your pet’s proof of rabiesvaccination with you when you purchase your City License.
