The City of Kirby is hosting the first annual HOBO Festival May 2-4, 2008 at Friendship Park in Kirby, Texas.  If you are interested in being a food vendor or arts/crafts vendor email Patty Cox at pattycox@satx.rr.com for more information.

The city of Kirby will hold the first annual "HOBO Festival" May 2 - 4, 2008 at Friendship Park. May 2: 6 PM -Midnight; May 3: Noon - Midnight; May 4: Noon - 6 PM. There will be a parade, unsanctioned chili cook-off, auction, live entertainment, food, arts and crafts, activities/carnival and a whole lot of fun for everyone.  This is a community event to bring you and your family out to have fun and meet your neighbors.  The City web site will have a page dedicated to the HOBO Festival keeping you up to date with event.
